A group of eight enthusiastic people from science and industry joined forces to promote the visibility, networking and professional development of women in the geothermal sector. Our focus is on recruiting and promoting young talents, from career guidance to mentoring young academics. Through our networks and expertise, we strive to support the integration and career opportunities of women in the geothermal sector.

We are happy to be part of the international WING team! We are currently developing an action plan, defining concrete projects and building the website and social media activities to make WING Germany visible and to attract members.

The German Team’s event will take place in October 2021 – we are looking forward meeting you there!
