Iran has many geothermal potentials across the country which are almost low to moderate temperature and they are suitable for direct utilization methods. Therefore, based on the number 5 (gender equality) and number 7 (affordable and clean energy) of UNESCO´s targets for 2030, all girls and female engineers are invited to have cooperation in developing the geothermal energy in every region of Iran and our vision is helping them to have access to knowledge, data, training programs, valuable salary and etc in equality with men in their work atmosphere. The mission of WING in Iran includes trying to have an agreement with Iranian geothermal association and the geothermal department of the Energy ministry and our best vision is establishing a geothermal industry based on gender equality.
