Thermal Trailblazers
WING US is proud to announce the launch of our mentoring program, Thermal Trailblazers!
Designed to empower and inspire the next generation of leaders, this year-long program comprises mentoring circles of 8-10 women and men who will convene virtually for 1 hour once a month. Together, participants will explore a variety of personal development topics, ranging from negotiation skills to cultivating executive presence and many more.
Each mentoring circle is facilitated by an industry leader, and we are happy to share the following women will be leading the 2025-2026 mentor circles!
